Itinerari situat a 1 km del nucli del poble d'Arnes, a la comarca de la Terra Alta. Consta de 12 seccions, amb una longitud total de 2.502 metres, a una alçada mitjana de 516 metres. Els comptatges es van mantenir des de l'any 2022 al 2024.
El transsecte conté una bona representació dels ambients naturals i seminaturals de la zona. Així, discorre per prats, matollars de romaní i de timó, i per boscos de pins i carrasques. Els usos tradicionals del territori (agricultura i ramaderia extensiva) modelen la part més característica del transsecte, ben reflectida en la secció 7, on els herbassars i marges de cultius aporten abundància i diversitat de flors tot l'any, i camps d'ametllers i oliveres que demostren ser autèntics refugis de fauna.
