196 - Sant Pere Molanta

Itinerari de baix esforç situat als darrers contraforts del massís del Garraf dins del poble de Sant Pere Molanta, que pertany al municipi d'Olèrdola, a la comarca de l'Alt Penedès . Té una longitud total de 2.002 metres dividida en 9 seccions, i es troba a una alçada mitjana de 241 metres. Es realitzen comptatges des de l’any 2021.

L’itinerari comença al cim del Papiol on hi domina un matollar dens constituït per garric, llentiscle i farigola. També hi destaca la a presència d’un erm pedregós calcari. Les següents seccions, ja a la falda del cim, inclouen retalls característics del paisatge penedesenc, amb seccions que transcorren per pinedes de pi blanc i fragments d’alzinars en procés de regeneració, vinyes, prats mediterranis i vegetació ruderal.
