51 - El Pinetell

Situat a Montblanc, a la Conca de Barberà, en la zona protegida de les Muntanyes de Prades, a una alçada de 598 m sobre el nivell del mar. Consta de 7 seccions amb una longitud total de 1.626 metres, sent la longitud mitjana per secció de 232 m. Va estar actiu des de l’any 2001 fins el 2017, exceptuant l’any 2012.

L’espai és en una zona de pinedes de pi blanc amb extenses àrees obertes i una gran diversitat de comunitats vegetals, entre les quals dominen els prats mediterranis. Força espècies de papallones pròpies d’ambients mediterranis hi són presents i abundants.
