Faune de ziga-zaga (Hipparchia fidia) - Pau Ortega i Colet
Itinerari situat al municipì d'Àger, a la Noguera. Consta de cinc seccions d'una llargada total de 635 metres, i es troba a uns 831 metres d'altitud mitjana, amb un parell de forts desnivells que van dels 805 metres de la secció 3 als 870 metres del punt més alt de la secció 5. Els mostreigs es van iniciar l'any 2021.
Predomina el bosc de roure de fulla petita (Quercus faginea), amb trams de carrasca (Quercus ilex subs. ballota) sobre un substrat calcari, força rocallós en alguns sectors, on es troba boix (Buxus semprevirens), càdec (Juniperus oxycedrus) i argelaga (Genista scorpius). El recorregut transcorre per un camí poc transitat i força costerut, a excepció de la secció 3, que discorre en paral·lel a la carretera, un replà amb herbassar que és l'única part del tram que és plana. D'aquesta secció 3 destaca pel què fa a la flora la presència d'espècies com la botja (Dorycnium pentaphyllum), el Lolium sp. (possibement sp. rigidum), Rubus ulmifolius, entre d'altres.
A destacar a la secció 2 una molt important bultra de ginesta (Spartium junceum), que podeu veure en una de les fotografies, de força alçada.
Tot i no ser segurament el transsecte amb més diversitat possible dels voltants, s'ha escollit per ser un tipus d'ambient característic i bastant representatiu de la zona.
